Facebook ကေန က်ေနာ္တိုအသံုးၿပဳတဲ့ Email ထဲသို သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြက Comment ေပးတာတိုဘာဆိုရင္အသိေပးတဲ့အေနနဲ႔ Mail ေတြပို႔ပါတယ္။အဲ့လိုပိုတဲ့အခါမွာ က်ေနာ္တုိ Email Account ထဲမွာ Email ေတြက ေထာင္ေက်ာ္လာပါတယ္။အေရးၾကီးတဲ့ Email ေတြကို ရွာဖိုခက္ခဲလာပါတယ္။Facebook ကေန အဲ့လိုမ်ဳိးမပိုေအာင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္လိုရပါတယ္။အရင္ဆံုး
Facebook အေကာင့္ထဲကAccount  Setting ထဲကိုသြားလိုက္ပါ။။
က်ေနာ္တို Account Setting ထဲက Notifications ထဲက Email မွာ 
Only notifications about your account, security and privacy

တစ္ခါတစ္ခါဗ်ာ........Computer သံုးေနရင္းနဲ႕....Box တစ္ခုတက္လာတယ္....... Windows explorer has stopped working..ဆိုျပီးေတာ့......... ေျဖရွင္းနည္းကေတာ့ ႏွစ္နည္းရွိတယ္....... က်ြန္ေတာ္ ပထမနည္းျဖစ္တဲ့.Registry Editor ကေန ေျဖရွင္း နည္းကိုေျပာျပေပးသြားပါ့မယ္........
 
Registry ထဲမွာ ၀င္ျပင္မွာ ဆိုေတာ့ ..Window+R ကိုႏွိပ္ျပီး. regedit ကိုရိုက္ျပီး Enter ေခါက္လိုက္ပါ.. 
Editor ေပၚလာရင္ေတာ့ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ကိုသြားပါ... က်ြန္ေတာ္ ျမွားျပထားတဲ့ အတိုင္း အဆင့္ဆင့္ သြားလိုက္ေနာ္... HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >>>Software>>>>Microsoft>>>>Window Window ေအာက္က Current      Version.....  ေနာက္...Explorer........... Explorer ေအာက္က Browser Helper Objects ကို Right Click ႏွိပ္ျပီး Delete ကိုႏွိပ္လိုက္ပါ။
 ျပီးရင္ Yes....... ..... ျပီးရင္ စက္ကို Restart တစ္ေခါက္ခ်ေပးလိုက္...... အဲ့ဒီ Box ၾကီး ေတြ႕ခ်င္ပါတယ္ ဆိုတာေတာင္ မေတြ႕ရဘူး.... :)

Shadow User Pro is a tool created with the same target of Deep Freeze (another virtualization tool) in other words create a virtual profile of the user account and grant or disallow access to specific resources or directories within Windows.

The main diference between both programs is that Deep Freeze locks up the whole hard drive while Shadowuser Pro lets you choose which want you want to lock.
